Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your RoadReady purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, with all accessories and components included. Items showing signs of use, unrelated damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

Email support@roadreadyy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You can also message us through the chat widget on our website.

Return authorisation is required. Please do not ship anything back to us until we have approved your request and sent you instructions.

Where You Receive Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including the correct return address, from support@roadreadyy.com. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Who Pays Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of our error — a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — RoadReady covers return shipping.

Defective Items

If your item is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, including photos or a short video where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will send the correct item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items physically damaged through use, lithium battery products showing signs of damage, swelling or leakage, or any item returned without prior return authorisation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed for fulfilment. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process above once it arrives.
